It is flat contour, and almost entirely gravel filled fronting Spine Rd. The property is improved with four main structures: the “main shop”, (“wire-line” building), the man camp, the newer shop, a 76’ x 60’ 2- story building housing the kitchen, dining room, offices, and gym, and the 3-story camp. Recent Upgrades:

In 2007, some components to the kitchen were upgraded, and the plumbing and heating systems were replaced as well as a remodel to the old sleeping quarters to match the upgraded finishes. In 2011, old network cabling was removed and new CAT6 cable was installed to upgrade network and phone system to VOIP. In 2014, the “A-wing” south locker room was relocated to
the connex units for the build-out of 11 single staterooms. There is natural gas, electricity, and telephone service to the property, and water/sewer services are provided and maintained on-site.
